Direct Path Cable Company

Has anyone ever heard of or use(d) Direct Path Cable? I'm moving in a few weeks and this is the cable company the apartment complex uses. I can't find a website or anything on the internet about them. Do they have a parent company? Anyone know their rates and packages?

Any help would be appreciated.

weird, never heard of them, i work for dish network, so ive heard of most everything in the southeast....probably a hole in the wall company thats based well out of town, thats the way most apartments in the middle ga area are, using dicked up companies in atlanta and then putting restrictions on the apartments to the point where people have no choice but to go w/ that company

I have them and use them in my apartment currently. Im around the Lenox area and its really all they offer since the complex has a contract with them. They were formally known as SouthEast Broadband before they changed their name. I have info at my apartment I can forward to you once I get home from work later this evening. Its an okay service, but the download speeds and upload rates arent nearly as great as Comcast. And their cable service is okay, but isnt in HD. They are supposedly coming through with some upgrades in the future, but who knows when that will be.


oh wait, I just realized I talked to you a while back about my complex. Are you going over to the Gables?

I ended up moving closer to work in Norcross instead of Gables. That place was really nice, but I got tired of driving and paying for gas I'd really appreciate it if you could forward me any info about them. For internet, I have a choice with them or BellSouth, but tv has to be through DirectPath. I'll more than likely do BellSouth internet though.

Hi David, I remember I'll be living in Norcross starting Saturday. I work there currently.

And as it turns out, my apartment complex is illiterate and wrote on their welcome packet, "Direct Path Cable." It is in fact, DirecPath Cable <blaaaaaaaaaah>
