    Default My new office job

    I finnally got a 9-5 m-f office job. I can wear whatever, so right now Im wearing shorts. There is a dog that runs around in the office, a labadoodle I think. If your late then its cool. Need time off then thats fine also. My starting paying isnt too bad. $12.50 plus bonuses. This is a nice refreshing change from the other crap I have done. Ny wife works in a office and she brings her mastiff to work every day and the dog stays in her office and she would brag about it. SO now its kinda cool that I do the kinda same thing as her so she can't brag anymore.

    but our chairs are un-comfy as hell.

    Its so cool, I can wear whatever I want, take lunch when I want, leave when I want. I am good at what I do though so the boss isnt worried about me not doing anything all day, like being on IA.Lol

    Now my wifes office job is as laid back as mine (well never laid back in collections so I mean the environment) but ONLY difference is she takes her mastiff puppy to work every day. Lol I called her around noon and the boss was walking the dog outside to goto the bathroom.

    office jobs always are great... especially when its hot outside..and u got a cool enviroment. be careful with all that laid back stuff.. because when u do something wrong.. they will bring up all the times u were late and all the bullshit that u thought was cool...lol it never fails.

    True but Im the only one that is early. Its a office of 5, so everyone shows up around 9-9:30. I supposed to stay till 5 but I dip out around 4 usually. I am a collection manager and I only want to call the same ppl so many times a day.

    my job isnt really an office job but i do spend a lot of time in here as i am now, 9-5 monday-friday, cool boss, come in at 8:30-8:45 every morning because it doesnt really matter if i get here AT 8:30...need off? sure. Welcome to the club.
