    Default nolo/no contest?

    what are the rules? I got my first ticket in past 4 years and i really dont want this one. 58 in a 35. Didnt even get a mile down my street, all bc i wanted some cheese to make an omlet. Then i get to the store.........NO FUCKING CHEESE!!!!

    You can only use nolo once every 5 years. It may keep you from the points, depending if the judge accepts it or not, but it may still show on your insurance.

    well ive never plead nolo before. And i really wanna keep it off my insurance

    if you plead nolo and the judge accepts your insurance will not find out!!!

    Nolo = No points. Only work if you didn't plead it in the past 5 years. It doesn't matter if they accept it or not. If you've pleaded it before, it'll become automatic guilty charge, hence, point reduction.

    Nolo DOES NOT Keep your insurance co. from finding out your ticket. Your ticket WILL BE ON THE SYSTEM. It's up to the insurance company's descretion, most likely, they'll jack up your rates.


    The only way to keep it unknown to the insurance company is to keep it off the system (non-moving violations, 14mph and under, etc.)
