You can only use nolo once every 5 years. It may keep you from the points, depending if the judge accepts it or not, but it may still show on your insurance.
well ive never plead nolo before. And i really wanna keep it off my insurance
if you plead nolo and the judge accepts your insurance will not find out!!!

Nolo DOES NOT Keep your insurance co. from finding out your ticket. Your ticket WILL BE ON THE SYSTEM. It's up to the insurance company's descretion, most likely, they'll jack up your rates.
The only way to keep it unknown to the insurance company is to keep it off the system (non-moving violations, 14mph and under, etc.)
