Queen Nancy Pelosi is going to Syria(maybe she'll get kidnapped and beheaded and right before she can tell the camera to Negotiate with the people holding her...anyways) to talk to the Syrian "president". I just heard the foreign policy is the responsibility of the President with the concent of the Senate, according to the Constitution.
Now, since Speaker(HOUSE) Pelosi is going to Syria to excersise Foreign policy/relations should she be arested upon her return for obstruction of Constitutional authority of the President and Senate?
