real question is how long has he had the CS and not done it cause i know they dont give it to u and expect you to complete it in one or two weeks.. so maybe he should have done it sooner. only thing he can do is try to ask the court to extend it but its probably unlikely because CS WAS his second chance...so like julio said do it suck it up and get to spend time with ur newborn or look at the kid from behind a wall of glass.
