Looking at the state of affairs down there, it doesn't seem to me like they would. That's all my opinion though. I had a friend that actually participated in the M to M program. He lived past the airport even, yet made the trip everyday up here to a school in alpharetta. So if someone wants it bad enough, they can do it.
But the kids in south Fulton aren't even getting the opportunity to take advantage of what the school system provides to north county schools. How in the hell do you expect someone to take advantage of something when it's not even there?
