aka a classroom at say georgia tech, 30 seats. 25 for whomever, 5 specifically for black people, just because they are black and if the class is 100% not black then it must be racism right? so we must add diversity so black people dont cry racism...so, 25 random highly qualified people make the class. 5 of the highest qualified black people get 5 seats, but there are still 5 other random people who out-qualify some or all of the reserved seats but are rejected based upon their non=black skin color. that is racism/reverse racism.

that happens in work environments, class environments, probably other things i cant think of off the top of my head..etc.
