Default My experience with BG today was...

EFFING AWESOME. BG is the best place to tune and I recommend alll turbo'ed cars to go to BATLGROUND to get it tuned!. Service is great, so are the people.

TWO Thumbs up BG. appreciate the work.

To BG- sorry for being a biatch about the incident, it wasn't that big of a deal... I apologize.

No hes right, we had alot of problems today.

Again Jacob im sorry, it was circumstances beyond our control, and for your trouble i offered to comp you some dyno time to make it up to you.

Rarely do we have problems on the dyno, and rarely do we have things happen where we have to ask people to reschedule.

Matter of fact, your the first person i have had to turn away in the 4 months i have been here due to the dyno having issues.

We are tuning an STI for another SHOP, and the customer that actually owns the car dropped by unannouced and we had to deal with that for an hour, and thats what ultimately ended in us having to reschedule you. It was something I made the call with, it was my decision. I had to deal with the STI customer and he wanted to talk to scott. The customer was caught in some bad dealings with the shop that brought us the car, and he was pretty irate with the OTHER SHOP so we had to explain alot of things to him.

Again, we apolagize and IM willing to comp you some tuning time to make up for it.

    Let me apologize, first off.

Secondly, we made a scheduling mistake and that sucks. That is a mistake that shouldn't happen. We do our best to keep everything organized and all of our staff on the same page....sometimes it still happens. We now have 6 people here at the shop, rather than 3, and it's been a hard adjustment for us to make. I think Mike was out sick the day the other gentleman's appointment was made from Alabama. Not an excuse, just an explanation. All of that being said, sometimes cars on the dyno have issues ad they run over their alloted time. That isn't your problem, but it still happens sometimes.

I'm not going to go into a 4 page letter and dissect your post. I'm just going to apologize for the scheduling mishap and offer to take care of you for your trouble. I can't vouch for the customer service since I wasn't here that day. Was anyone here rude to you...or did we just have a scheduling mishap? The reason I ask is I need to address whatever issues you had with the staff. If someone was rude to you, that is a customer service issue rather than a scheduling mishap...so I want to make sure we are getting it ALL nipped in the bud. Did anyone here do something wrong to your car? As far as I know the issues you had on Monday were not due to us working on the car. It had a previous issue and the hour it took for you "car to get on the dyno" was because it wouldn't crank (please correct me if I am wrong. I am just trying to make sure I have all of the facts straight from your side so I can deal with appropriately). If someone here did something wrong to your car, that is obviously also something that needs to be addressed.

I am already dealing with the scheduling issue and rest assured, Mike will make sure you are taken care of if you decide to come back. I'm not going to make you that offer, Mike asked that I let him deal with that so you aren't getting 2 different stories from us on that.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Tracy, you are right. I may have exaggerated alittle and have not wrote all the details. The first day of my original date of tune, was my fault. I did not complain anything about that day. I should really thank you guys for even helping me out.

oh and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT HORRIBLE, it was just a scheduling mishap -my bad tracy

I just was not informed with the information(that my car cannot be tuned today) earlier, which could have prevented my 3 hour wait.

People over at BG are great. I'm was NOT saying anyone from BG are RUDE. Mike, Tracy, Scott and others are very friendly.

I do understand that you guys cannot control every issue that occur while tuning cars. Especially the ignorant people that just came by on friday, was what got me mad. I was just very frustrated that day.

I'm now over it, and all apologies have been accepted

Thanks for your understanding, man. I am really sorry about the scheduling issue and I totally know where you are coming from with your job situation. Hopefully it won't happen again and we have it all straightened out for next time.

I appreciate your maturity and understanding while dealing with this issue! I hope you know that I was by no means belittling your scheduling issue by talking about the "customer service". I just want to be sure we address EVERYTHING that made you upset.

LOL. Thanks for noticing. I'm not 23 anymore (somehow being 30 changes everything. It must be hormones). I have several years of experience dealing with this stuff now. I also don't have to sit at the front desk anymore. That makes life and being pleasant so much easier.

Don't get it twisted. I can stir up trouble in a hot second. I just chose the battles now instead of fighting them all
