YEAH MAN! LOL this is all the same crap i dealt with dude, also you're rpm issues, are you using all the USDM sensors with a JDM ECU if so thats your issue buddy. my car will ready overheating all day long if i hadn't changed all my sensors.

hey at least R2B2 AAP w/e is being through and not letting you drive off in a incomplete car.
Now im pissed...... Not happy with AAP right now.
takes 10 min to check fuel pressure and the car is gonna sit all day while they finish the owners 350z so he can play around in it.
i am almost positive the Fuel filter and pump needs to be replaced and then it should be fine to tune....
but my car isnt a priority anymore so... maybe towing it to BG next week
damn man that sucks. when tanks car was up there we took them the CCW's they told us they were gonna dyno it so we sat around and waited and in like 3 hours they changed the oil like twice and then told us they weren't gonna dyno it waisting our time getting us stuck in traffic.
Thats the **** im talking about.... the car was ready for tuning wed morning.... wed afternoon at 4pm it goes on the dyno.... they realize its not ready to be tuned due to a problem i'll explain in a few.... now friday and all they did was change the plugs, cap, rotor, and wires.....Quote:

Well i went up there today and apparently instead of taking 10 minutes to check fuel pressure the car is just sitting and the owners car... Chris Anderson... is a bigger priority than a paying customers car that sat for 3 weeks with nothing done and overall been there for 3 months and not finished..... My mechanic said to me today that he hopes he can get an hour to work on it at some point....

I dunno.... im sapposed to hear from my mechanic this afternoon to find out about the fuel pressure..... i mean it doesnt take a Certified Mechanic to know that when you quickly put your foot to the floor on the gas pedal and it bogs down and dies.... The first 2 things you check is.... Ignition and Fuel. Why does it take 3 days to figure that out??
The car has sat for over a year..... the fuel cell was filled with all kinds of trash when they first got it... and they never bothered to replace the fuel filter?!?!?!
Everything they put on that car is TRD... I coulda bought an entire rear 3rd gen clip for cheaper than it has cost me so far to HOOK UP and TUNE the motor that was already bolted down.
I even told tank he should have put a 3rd gen in it.
Better motor and you can piggy back it to 500hp with no problems.
Just from experience, but if the owner tells you to work on his car ya gotta do it, simply because he signs your checks, and yes you pay his checks but thats how it works sometimes.
i could understand if it was a company car, race car, etc.... with a deadline.... but its his personal everyday car. My mechanic is the only one there that can get it running.... were talking about a man with tons of money, time, and fast ass cars....Quote:

went on the dyno late. I just called up there and they are still tuning. They didnt get it on the dyno until 4:45. He said prob will not be tonight. THey still have to test drive it once done with tuning. Tomorrow morning is when hopefully it should be done...
