    Default New Setup.

I've decided what I wanted to do. Let me know what you think...I wanted to try something new.

    Head: p72 GSR Head
    Block: B16A2
    Tranny: Y80 GSR Tranny
    ECU: p72

Forged Internals, Skunk2 Intake Mani, Stock Exhaust Mani.

Thats all I got planned out so far.

with that setup, a b16 tranny would be better.

witha b16, if your staying all motor, you want the closest gearing as possible.

that is a WEAK setup if its all motor. i would say FUCK the forged internals, put that money towards a GSR block or GSR longblock.

or , sell your b16 block an get an ls block, do the forged internals in a LS bottom end, fuck a b16.

Yeah this is the wrong forum. I know its low compression and I am wanting to boost, so if you could move this to FI forum that would be great.

like mike said, shorter gearing for that little happy revin block you got. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY, everytime I see some shit like this its just plain retarded and stupid to use a fukin b16 block with a gsr head like the head is going to make any freakin difference. Listen to mike and just save for a gsr block or ls block.

.. but B16s are cool! Not really, they suck because lack of torque.

Once you feel the torque from a 1.8 + VTEC you'll never go back to a B16

Go with a 99-00 jdm spec b20b(146 HP, 133 Ft/lbs TQ) and find a p8r head(84mm combustion chambers) only made in 96'-98' honda orthia (head flows almost as good as vtec heads due to 33mm intake valves) and Ls tranny. Fuck vtec! Cruise that for awhile until you can afford forged cp pistons, forged eagle rods, golden eagle 84mm resleeve, and a turbo kit.

^^^it's prob be easier to find a b20z instead of the b20b 99-00 spec in japan cuz most of the time you'll find the b20b 96-98 specs and there slower by far~and the b20z is a US motor too! much more common... 99-00 B20B=B20z
