Default powder coating / painting ?

I'm wanting to get a set of the 19" Axis Pentas with the 4" lips. they only come in polished and black. I was wondering is it possible to powder coat / paint the inside part of these wheels? i'm sure they are 2 piece wheels but i know several garages won't dissasemble the wheels to paint them. I'm wanting to get them in white. perferibly the same color white of my car.

I did what your talking about to my Volks GT-7's ,,,but I did my lips ,,same concept
and taking you wheel apart isnt that big of a deal!!!!

my cousin did mine ,,,if you bring or mail him what you need done ,he can paint it for you ,,,no problem ,,,prolly 150-250 bucks total and he's been spraying for 9-10years so far ,,and match your O.E.M colors is easy as pie yopur color code is prolly in your door jamb

    call him up KEVIN 678-852-7503

and you will want to take apart your wheel yourself ,cause it'll save you money on labor ,,,and really there nothing to it!!!!
