Body kits are cool on hondas,SRTs,WRXs,EVOS and so on............i HATE seeing damn ugly body kits on RX7s and Supras..they look great stock y mess it up

Yeah they're hot. I really like the ones that look like a big catfish mouth and lower the ground clearance so your car looks you've got bags even though you're riding on cut stock springs.

So Brad, you think body kits are ok to go on less expensive cars, but on cars in a certain "class" they are not ok? Don't be such an Elitist or make such general statements...
To answer the question, oh wait, the question needs to be clarified a bit. To me, that is like asking if wheels are gay, or if windows are gay. Is there a specific body kit that you are referencing?
I think most body kits out are pretty tacky. The nice ones, like the one on the black Supra above are few and far in between.

well its a hard question to answer...and most all body kits are tacky...i wouldnt want one on any car..but thats the owners choice not mine,i dont go around laughing at people with body kits,their just not my thing

There aren't any stead fast rules in car modification. There are generalities and always exceptions to the rules when it comes to style. I pesonally like nice kits that exentuate the factory styling.

see i can kinda agree with that,like when some told me u gotta check out Toyko Drift their is the best looking RX7 ever, and i see it and bout made me puke to see such disrespect to the RX7 name...and the damn skyline engine mustang..that was gay too...but back on subject,if u stay with the intinded look for the car when it was built,thats cool...

this is why I have a body kit on my car. This one in specific. There is nothing wrong with making your car look better. But everyonebody can spot shitty work and an ugly bumper. Its not rocket science or "preference". A GT wing on an 89 accord is ugly. Period.

IMO it depends on wat u like, i used to have one, then i got tired of things hitting it, going over speed bumps, people calling it a ricer, so i dropped it, im curently redoing my car and will never put a big kit on it again, but it just depends on wat u like. i mean its personal opinion realy.

Depends on the car. Like a "real" mugen kit on any honda is str8 sexy or "real" buddyclub kits on the car it was made for (EK's and EP's) are cool. Shit like "boxer kits" and aerogear kits are big no no's in my book. But honestly it's really up to the driver tho.

Im 99% on this why. Cuz I own a Lude. And the only kits out their that I love is the WWRS, OEM, and Mugen. WWRS and OEM are lip kits and they really bring out the car more. Mugen just slaps you in that face and says "Im more beautiful then your girlfriend."
