    Im not back from Cali but ya whatever. After a long decision I brought my car choice down to two choices. Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT or the Shelby Mustang the new one. I really dont want a 350Z nor a G35 nor an Acura. So now my first car was the Honda Prelude so which one would you get if you were in my shoes...? God I hate choosing.

    subaru, for about $1000 you can have yourself 250/350+ and still have room to grow
    turbo ftw
    house of turbo subarus...its all we'll drive

    The price difference in those tow cars is HUGE!

    But it depends on what you want.

    Theres a video of the new GT500 running nines in the 1/4, with basic upgrades, a 35 shot (I believe), and slicks.

    but I love the legacy too.

    There is a video of a GT500 running thru a wall too. Who's to say it won't happen again? JP, do what you want.

    i mean do u want to keep it stock ?
    modify?
    warranty?
    reliability?
    what looks better to you?
    awd vs rwd?
    what will u be using if for?( dig, drag, auto x, drift) ect.

    answer these and youll probably figure it out easily what to get, good luck either way.

    AHHA really no price limit. Ive been saving up so now I really dont care. Ya this project Im going all out. If I get a Legacy Im doing full blown VIP/A little bit of more tuning and on the "Stang throw out that Eaton SuperCharger put in a Roush and throw in a Magnaflow Exhaust, New manifold, new intake, drop it and call it a day.
    Shit...Ya I think I just answered my question. But before I end this question....which is better you think for street setup...AWD or RWD? Not really into reliabilty but ya if you had to for basic street I think AWD though Im not sure.

    awd, dont be one of those 60 + rwhp cars that lose to civics because they cant hook, or hook at 100...awd will hook...40-150 u own...

    its been out for a while and really isnt exciting at all nothing extra comes with it besides the navi that you cant do better in the aftermarket

    I'm sorry but if you can't get a 450hp car to hook with DRs you should quit driving.

    Well that is the difference, when you are pushing big numbers like that you can go wot right at the start, you have to ease into it.

    but that is why i was leaning him towards the awd, he wont have that problem. he can punch it, and hook, 550 whp evo = hook at 50 wot...500 rwd wot = drifto

    True...and the the thing is I really have to watch the torque on the mustang...god forbid I dont want to end up like that jack ass at BP.
