yea i have wanted to get a a pre 96 car. But see my dad owns a goodyear and he is always around cars and shit so every car i want he has to look at. and he doesnt liek pre 96 because of how hard the computer systems are to work on and how expensive they are to fix. Also because he can do emmisions and pre 96 takes a special machine. what is yalls opinions on this. Is it true that pre 96 cars do have hard computer systems because of the technology or what. thanks.. michael..

Older ones (ie 1st gen integra) had an LED on the computer itself. Goodyear you say... *sigh* If they can't diagnose an OBD-0 or OBD-1 car then just tell the shop to not bother showing up in the morning...
