    Default COMPRESSION RATE?

    hey i just got done with my motor and was wondering if anyone could convert 225 compression rate into the ratio. i think its 11:5 but not sure. thanks

    compression numbers doesnt really tell you anything except for how your motor is sealing...atleast in my experience


    Here's an example of how my motor's compression was:

    H22 NA 11.8:1 = pinned the compression tester at over 325psi per cylinder
    H22 10:1 stock USDM= 150 per cylinder
    H22 10:1 rebuilt 4 years ago..=160 per cylinder
    H22 10:1 stock JDM = 220 per cylinder
    H22 10:1 built = 260-275 per cylinder
    GSR turbo 9.7:1 = 250psi per cylinder
    94 Supra= 500rwhp
