JDM b18b LS block no crankcase breather provision

ok on the back of the block its like its filled in from the factory and no wait to put a breather.

my questions is will this be safe to run?

this is my set up thus far
p30 pistons
ls rods, shotpeened, with arp bolts
b16 head
PnP
Stainless valves
AEBS IM


will be running probally type r, or s2s2, or similar cam, along with valve springs and retainers

i dont want to risk blowing this up for at least 7 or 8 months while i build another motor. probally wont rev past 8500.

also is there any way to rig something up?

Drill the valve cover an run external if your going to be turing higher than 7000rpms
