Maybe BMW and old Mercedes but new VWs and Audis would never go that long, especially with an automatic transmission. Dont get me wrong, VW motors are bullitproof, but the components that hep them run properly are not Scotish. Ill take an air cooled superbeetle over a brand new GTI any day.
