    Default Wastegate Problem help please.Pics

    Does anyone know if it is possible to convert and internal wastegate to external. The problem is the internal that i have has ripped One of my A/C line. Does anyone know the most cost efficient way to do this i am a student, but if i have to spend some money i am not afraid. Trying not too i need school money.

    i think you can weld something shut

    homemadeturbo.com or something like that should tell ya

    Bust out a dremel, and grind the mounting bolts holes in the actuator. Grind them wider towards the head of the actuator so you can push the actuator closer towards the comp housing.

    you can weld the flapper shut and then weld a neck to your manifold for an external.
