    Question Mods and resale value?

How much do mods affect the resale value of a car, if its a tuner car thats directed towards people that like that stuff. i have a cold air intake, a racing header and a catback exhaust for my 2003 specV that I havent out on yet. Im gonna be trading the car in around january or so and I really want to put these parts on my car and drive it around until then. Is it worth it or should I just sale all the parts on a forum before they are used?

put them on for a few months if you want them on, but take off to resale, ull make money offt he parts, and get more for the trade in or sale.

ppl dont like buying modded cars because they know they have been pushed.

thats what I was thinkin but the curiosity is gonna kill me. I cant put on the CAI without doing a little cutting either so if I out the CAI on its gonna have to be for good or its gonna look like shit under my hood.

Don't put any mod's on your car, b/c u will lose the value of the car. I trade my 2004 1.8l sentra and got only $5.600 for it
Mods on it:CAi/header/pulley/ground wires/Nology spark plug wires/2003 front conversion/17" BBS wheel's/c.b hood/c.b trunk/Greddy evo 2 cat-back/TEIN springs and i had only 38.xxx mile's on that bitch and all i got was $5.600. Car was in great condition, never been wrecked or anything.

Looks like ill be selling all my shiny new parts before i get home and get a chance to put them on, then i wont have the temptation of having to look at them when I get back.
