Heres what i would do.
Get some eagle rods
Je pistons 9:7:1 Compression
AEBS headstuds
Stock Headgasket
Head
Springs and retainers
Get the block Hones and decked as long with the head.
Put all that shit toghter with a nice size turbo you can hit 500Hp and be safe!
Machine shop charged me 100 to deck and Hone bottom end. And Peter NOT A SITE SPONSOR You might spend a little more cash,but it will be done right and can handle the HP!!
Remember you will need a EMS to run that high boost also,I recommened Hondata but you can go the cheap way. YOu will also need injectors so its going to cost you near 1500 just to do the motor plus turbo kit!!!
I know becasue i have built 3 cars already all over 500hp on low boost!!!

bottom line is, in an EF, we just built a b16 that made 356/2XX all it had was rods an pistons, one of our manifolds/downpipe, and injectors.
Our turbo kit with a Turbo Dave manifold runs $4200 an it comes with EVERYTHING.
Turbo
Manifold Full Race style
Injectors RC
Engine management
HKS/Greddy BOV
Tial Wastegate
thats installed.
Our cheaper kit with a log manifold and DSM injectors runs $3500 installed. it can support as much as a stock motor can handle, around 250. if you decide to build your motor, you can still reuse the kit and it can handle 350whp.
for 400+ we reccomend upgrading your manifold to one of our custom units.
