i am debating what size wheel i should put on my gmc sonoma. i want to go 20 inch but i heard that 20s on a 4 banger is a bad ideal. and i wondering what should i do and is that true.

Adding weight is always bad, adding weight to something that is already underpowered is really bad. Chrome doesn't get you home but it'll get you laid
LT1 or LS1 swaps are getting to be cheap, go for it!
