    Post Fender bracing?

    anyone ever used these or heard anything about them? my fenders seem just fine without them

    I've always seen them for 240's. Apparently its a weak point in the chassis. It may be the same way with other cars or it might just be a way to make a buck.

    I dunno looks like extra weight to me. If you hit the fender hard enough to dent it I don't think those braces are going to stop that. Good stuff for drifting tandem or road racing where there is a lot of bumping, or possibility of bumping.

    Fender braces are a must for s13 chassis... The front end is our weak point... Not sure about your car though...

    Oh and added weight is nothing... Take some un wanted crap outta the bay that will equal the weight of lets say 15 pounds... Thats about how much they weigh.. Depending on the metal...
