Default Swap or New Tranny and Clutch? Best Investment?

I got a 97 Civic Dx with 110K on the motor. I need a valve adjsutment, new clutch and transmission. Should i fix it for a shit load of invest in a b16a2 swap? I've done alot of work to the car.

Complete Milano Red Painted Job (got everything painted mirrors handles sideskirts..)
    5% Tint
    Si Wing
    Si Lights
    Black Housing Headlights
    Civic Type R Grill
    18" Excel DL-46 Hyperblack

Just to give you an idea of the exterior. So i really plan to keep the vehical. I got some other work like atuometer guages, short shifter, system new clean stock interior with ex cluster and armrest....so this would be a good sleeper

What should i do? anyone know of any places that import JDM engines?
