Goodyear F1 GS-D3. Excellent tire and very good when the road is wet. However, very expensive.

I have Nankang Ultra Sport NSII. 215/35R18. I love them. I get great mileage on them. Only thing is they are expensive. $126 per tire

    Default Yokohama

Yokohama Parada Spec-2. Nice in the rain, and competitive pricing.

Same here. I love them. They've only been on for 3K so far but I've put them to good use and they have yet to let me down at all.

I had the stock runflats on before... ugh... I don't think they could have sucked more.

Hankook Ventus RS-2's on the stock alloy 16's (225/45/R16)
    Falken Ziex 512's on the 17' Enkei RS-7's (205/45/R17)

The Falkens were alright, but the grip was gone after a while...in the rain it had pretty crappy traction, too. Hankooks are like 500x better in the dry weather, have not tested in rain yet.

This applies for FWD/FF setup...I have not tried on a wider tire or on another setup (RWD/FR).

I'm running Pirelli P6 tires. They are actually very good tires, but just too big. I had a friend who worked at Audi, he happened to have a set of these tires at his house from an Audi TT, so he gave them to me. They are 235/45/17 wrapped around Rota Subzeros:

I'm running Falken ZE-512's on my eclipse right now and some BFG's on my Blazer.

Falken are the best tires for the money if you ask me. I prefer them over, Maxxis, Hankook, Kuhmo.

Hells no, 711s are the worst tire you could ever find. When I had them, I would spin all day when the ground was wet. Felt like I was on a patch of oil.

fuzions ZRis are ok, not the grippiest, not bad. I put them through tgp and they were fine, any tire can be tore to shit if you abuse them. +1 on MX sale on tirerack yay!

I had Sumitumos, even with 315/35-17 they still can't hook at all, in the rain it's almost as bad as a bald drag radial. Had Nitto 555Rs w/ 315/35-17 DRs in back, they're okay, but on the strip they suck, rain is actually decent. Had Toyo T1-S on the 240, they're were just like a regular ole tire wasn't too happy for what I paid for them. Figured the T1-R would be alot better I tried them, they're good on the dry, but suck arse in the rain. I now have 275/35-18s up front and 295/35-18s rear... BFG KDW IIs G-Force, they're by far the best HP street tire for all around, and the best in the rain.
I cut 1.9 0-60 on the track too, but they still spin like hell on the track.
