    actually you cannot get them in Japan. You are required to turn your tag into the dmv before selling/junking your car. I've tried =/

    i just couldnt drive around with a liscense plate that i dont understand the letters on there, also, to a place that i dont live and never live....now i would understand the plate, on lets say an actual skyline, s15, etc etc, not a civic hatch or somethin LIRL
