How many people assume your car is stock?

I'm not doubting you at all, but lots of people bought 2g NA eclipses because they are "cute". Then proceed to install all the mods to make it look fast (like a turbo), but then it actually ISN'T fast. You may be getting clumped in with this crowd despite the fact that you've actually got some real work done to that car. Heck, I'd probably ask you if it were turbo even with that huge front-mount on there because I've seen fake ICs on NA eclipses.....Anyway, All that being said...my car is no match for an even slightly breathed on 4g63 powered machine, but I tend to weed them out like this...

2g Eclipse, 8x out of 10, its some kid with a fart cannon and MBC who can barely handle the car. If its a 1g and I see an exhaust or hear even the slightest hint of turbo whine, I back off. Those cars aren't cute....Your not going to find anyone still driving a 1g unless they are either A: a tuner with about 300+ hp under the hood or B: regular guy driving his aging eclipse (and the car's appearance will reflect this).

oh, and one more thing...What kind of front mount is that? I need a new IC bad!

the front mount is a Spearco core with hks endtanks, yeah i know what you mean by the whole cute thing and alot of ricers have em with 1 or 2 mods and thing there awesome, but just for the record heres my mods list ::
