how do i tell if the b18a1 i have is from the 90-91 (obd-0), or from the 92-93 (obd-1)? i need to know asap, so i can get the harness ready for installation. thanks.

i think the thermastat housing on the obd0 one is on the drivers side......if im not mistaken and the obd1 is on the passenger side like toward the right side under the intake manifold, and i think the o2 sensor on the obdo has one wire and i think the o2 on the obd1 has like 4......
well most of the plugs are black. there are a few milky colored ones like for the map sensor and the injectors. but thats about it. as for the thermostat housing, i have no clue what it looks like.

see what color you distributor plugs are. if their like a clear/yellow color and if there round its obd0 and if the ecu has a clear lens on it for the codes to flash its obd0
well i bought the ecu from a buddy for 20 bucks (representin' cool cat racing) cuz i needed the obd-0 ecu with the clear lens for my ef and i still need an obd-0 dizzy(so if anyone could hook me up, i'll buy it asap), . only the injectors and map sensor are milky i believe, but i'll check in the morning. but the thermostat housing is on the passenger side of the motor.(while you're sitting in the driver's seat) and what jdm94coupe told me its obd-1.and if anyone has a harness for this motor, let me know asap......the quicker, the quicker my car will be. thanks

but my boi said he will do the swap for $450 if u got everything......

i'll try and find a better camera, cuz you've seen the pics jdmcoupe, they're horrible. but the thermostat housing is on the passenger side. what other way is there to tell? let me know.
