ITBs make power everywhere. down low, midrpm, up top. you must choose a set to copliment your engine. dont get 54mm on a stock B16. Air filters kill the power, but for daily driving its kind of a must. or you can run a vacuum box over them. depends what the rest of your setup is. you would probably see more power from a good header, and cams, then ITBs on a semi stock motor.
Or, you can try a FULL RACE style manifold which is a ITB style manifold with veolicty stacks. a little cheaper.
for ITBs i prefer Jenvey from england. TWM makes nice stuff as well.
they are HARDER to tune, but not HARD to tune at all. dont let that scare you. withthe right software, which we have, its pretty easy to do
