    also if the regular tire rotation intervals (every 5000 miles) are not followed will also cause abnormal wear....get your alignment checked out also

    Yep- I get people who complain about tires wearing unevenly all the time, and I do the same thing every time. I look up their history, and see they are not coming in regularly to rotate their tires. Sometimes they do it in 7k or 8k, sometimes more than that. If tires are left in the same position for too long, and people want them rotated, sometimes the results are bad. Feathering happens, and cupping, and the evidence of that is vibration. At least you can rotate your tires in an Accord....

    Yea tires have got to suck on a s2k, no rotation and high performance = expensive. Do you work at a tire place by any chance?
