it cost me about $8.96...
It cost me about $30 in supplies ($23 for 1 can of nite shade, $5 for clearcoat, $2 for polishing compound). I bought a orbital buffer and about 2.5 hours of total work.
Nite shade works great IF you do it right and polish it after you clearcoat it. It will look even better if you wet sand in between each coat but it is not neccesary unless you are a perfectionist. This will also take longer of course.
Here are my pics with nite shade.
Doesn't look like crap to me.![]()
And with nite shade, YOU determine how light or dark you want it. With somebody else doing it, you can tell them how dark or light you want it, but once they go too dark, it's hard to go back.
its usually out in the middle of no where that you catch shit for it. a friend of mine has his tails on his celica smoked out w/ nightshade and has never been pulled over for it in gwinnett. then he goes through loganville and gets pulled over and warned about them.
