No I meant where do you guy get oil regulators, I'm using this now

Function7 T3/T4 -3 AN Regulator Turbo Oil Inlet Fitting
Function7 - Precision Machined, 7075 Billet Aluminum, -3 AN (JIC) male inlet fitting with integrated restrictor
Part Number: F7T34-R3

This is a fixed price sale for a one-piece billet T3/T4 Turbo Oil Inlet Flange with a male -3 AN (JIC) flare fitting machined directly onto the flange.

This flange has a BUILT-IN REGULATOR (1.6mm orifice) to control oil flow into the turbocharger in order to prevent the turbo bearing cartridge oil seal from blowing out. This happens quite often in import engines which have dynamic oil pressures of 65psi and up
Images show the -4AN version. The -3AN version is similar, but with a -3AN fitting.
