The 350z sounds good at idle
A Nascar Nextel Cup motor at 9000 rmp on a dyno sounds better than any Ferrari
I saw a twin Turbo Lamborghini Diablo on the interstate at full throttle and almost shit myself.

    1. Any of the 4.6 mustangs, with a full exhaust. Especially when theres a supercharger whine that almost over powers the exhaust.

    2. S2000

    3. Clark's Supra, Cuz it has 5 exhaust notes in one.

My favorite sounding car is my 2nd gen Trans-Am with a built pontiac BB 400 (bored/stroked to 448CI), .641" lift roller cam (@1.50), 1.65:1 rockers, 10.9:1 hypereutectic pistons, Barry Grant 1030cfm carb (modded holley 4500), Edelbrock wide port heads, edelbrock low rise tunnel ram, Long tube equal length jet hot coated hooker headers, 3.5" stanless exhaust with flowmaster delta 40's and turndowns just before the axle. Its pretty fucking mean and turns 7100 rpm. Thats pushing it for a bigblock. Its bolted to a TH400 tranny with a 5k rpm stall speed torque converter. The rear end is 4.10 ratio. Needless to say, first gear is pointless. The engine is built for spray but has never seen it.
That is by far my all time favorite sound.
    Land Rover LR3 HSE
