Default What size intercooler to use?

I was running 10lbs on my car before it blew up. It blew due to a faulty injector. Now, it has come to start building a block. I plan on running between 25-30 psi. My first intercooler is 25 inches long, 5 inches high, and about 2 inches thick. My new one is 23 inches long, 12 inches high and 2 3/4 inches thick. Dimensions are based on the core. Is my new intercooler too big or just right for the psi i want to put down? If it is the wrong size, than what do you recommend me using? Mind you, im gonna run about 17-20 psi daily and 25-30 psi for track.

pressure alone has nothing to do with intercooler sizing. 30psi on a T66 is moving a hell of a lot more air than 30psi with a T25 .

Not sure exactly what spec IC you would need but to be running 25-30 on a Built SOHC Accord Engine (damn you Better be careful)

You would definately have to upgrade from that standard IC you have now. I sure that Ic you have now is only good for -/+ 1 Bar?

Pressure drop will not be too detrimental to all that boost the Pusha is gonna run.

Yeah we in the building and this year is going to be hard with Jamie's car done, Brandon getting out in a couple, My(Jay) Civic rolling, Jason's Evo, Hiram's Sti and Shane's Srt-4 were coving all base and coming home too. Better know that.
