    personally I would go with STi or EVO. but i honestly dont know enough between those two to make a decision. all i know about those 4 cars is I hate neons, and i have had my fun with FWD hondas. so that leaves the evo and sti. and both of those look pretty good and u can make them dang quick

    There are a ton of cheap mods out there for Hondas so from a financial perspective, your best choice would be a Honda product. However, I personally would put Honda on the bottom of my list just because I am not a front wheel drive fan. Heck a stock Evo or STI would be much better and more enjoyable than a heavily modded Honda in my opinion.

    maybe so, but in order to get any decent numbers out of a b or a k series, you'd use most of that 5g's on the boost setup alone, which leaves very little for suspension.

    stock vs stock I would take the STI all day long its a better faster car.

    Lightly modified , I would still take the STI, it just makes more power and Torque

    Heavily modified, Ill take the EVO, but not without a built motor
