    Do what you want to do. Personally, I think the wheels in the top picture look horrible.

    Yeah, I slowly realized that. I have the same rims as that 5series. I was considering of removing the plasti dip and buying some springs which cost around $300.

    I dont think I have ever read that you have LIKED ANY black rims...is that safe to assume ?

    Who cares how much the springs cost? If I had a Bimmer and didn't lower by way of heating the springs, I'd probably spend as little as I could on other lowering techniques as well.
