Plaques or Boards for shows?

I don't know if this is in the right area. I figured this was the best area. I see lots of people at shows with boards or signs in front of their car telling what they did to the car. Well, my 1st question is, is that looked down upon? Is that dumb? If not, where do you guys that do have them get them from? Do you make them yourself? Or go up to a sign shop? Also, can you guys post pics of your signs? Thanks!

i think u can go to those awards/trophy shops and give them pictures etc, and tell them what you want and they can make one up for you. My mom had a plaque made for her students once, thats where she went, wit pictures and all taht good stuff all ove rit.
