    Default BMW 7 Series

Hey guys, I have a BMW 745i , and I was thinking about getting my car blacked out. Do you guys recommend me doing anything special to it?

I recommend not doing that. Modding a car with simply paint/tints is not a good idea as it is rarely executed well (yes sometimes it can look great, 99% of cars I've seen look like trash though). If I had that car I'd buy some Alpina parts from the Alpina B7, and if I couldn't afford that I wouldn't do anything.

Is the best way to keep it the way it is? Do you think it will look nice even if I plasti dip the rims? and smoke the lights ?

What you're going for isn't bad looks wise, but i honestly feel like it cheapens the car. Seems like it would be hard to tastefully modify an upper end car like that.

The Alpina B7 parts would look good, just with some different wheels. And maybe you could blacken the grille, I've seen some BMW's with the grille black and it looks good.

just tint the windows and stop at that. maybe some nice rims too but nice rims for a BMW are pretty expensive. but doing the whole black out thing makes it look cheap and not as classy. you buy a 7 series for class and comfort so you should keep it that way

Leave your headlights and taillights as they are, look into the B7 lip kit

Generally speaking, if the mods are cheap, they dont look/perform well. There's a reason everyone and their mother "murders out" their car.

You drive a BMW, and not only a BMW, but a Big Body BMW. Keep it classy looking.

With a car that lux, your mods have to be tasteful. Cheap mods would show. As for wheels...

Why don't you do what you want instead of doing what others tell you. Kinda defeats the purpose of modding a car to suit your needs.

That looks awful. If you want to do that to your BMW then sell the 7 and buy an e36 that someone has already ruined. You'll profit.
