    i have a d16z6 and want to make it faster with out a big turbo, what can i do. i cant afford a engine swap now.

    No2...then when it blows up you can buy another z6 for $300

    unfortunately you don't really have any options. Swap or boost. .... or go NA, which'll probably cost even more to get even less.

    depends which swap you choose,also depends on the turbo setup and YOUR GOALS. I personally would go boost but it can get expensive when using quality parts. You will also hear that turbocharging a once n/a car makes it reliablity go down,this can be from several different factors(bad tune, low quality parts). So you will have people saying b16,b18c,b20 vtec, ls vtec, h2b, ect. but this is up to you and what you want out of your car now and in the future.


    My vote is turbo!
