Surging like crazy, I replace the idol control value but it still surges. Not sure if the lines are full of junk. I can adjust the throttle body position sensor and then the surging will stop, but then it idols at 2 grand.

The motor is swapped so there are lines blocked off. The cr is a obd1 but the motor is a obd2 but I can't find the wire to check the codes but it is throwing a check engine light. The ecu is a stock p13. All I can see is the exhaust has been changer and the cold air. But the car is way to tourqey to be stock... I sprayed the lines I can see to check them but no luck. I took the throttle body off an is was nastier than Pamela Anderson... I tried to find a diagram for the vac lines but couldn't find one. It's a red top series h22a

No I haven't but that's what I'll do next. Emmino, do you work at mainstream performance?

Your intake manifold might not be on correctly/torqued correctly. I am assuming this since you have just done the swap. Spray some brake fluid around the intake while the car is surging to see if there are any leaks. Then simply tighten the bolts. I recommend you change the gasket first though.
