Because you dont want to build the motor or buy bigger injectors or anything. A t25 gives you a little boost to work with with only mild other things like stock dsm injectors (450cc) supplying fuel and so on.

You can piece together a kit really cheap.

Do not put a t25 on a b16, thats way too small of turbo, it will die out really quickly. Id say ur best bet on a turbo would be something like a t3 super 60. This will still give you good spool up and still give u top end power. You could probably get about 230whp or so out of ur stock motor no problem.

If you want a kit that includes everything you need, contact Mainstream. I believe their kits are running around $3500 which includes installation. The only thing after that you would need to spend money on is getting it tuned which is about $125 an hour i think.

PM vteckidd for exact pricing and any kind of question you might have about it. Or you can call them Tues.-Sat. : 678-567-9384

How much boost can you run on a STOCK B16A SAFELY!!? I dont want to have to rebuild in 2 months. So what is a safe ammount? I have a excelent tuner with a wideband Dyno.

I can get you a t25/28 with the option for ball bearing. the Kit would be from turbo specialties and you can get it with Injector Controler and a ecu black box, intercooler, piping and more. Pm for price

I have a B16a2 with thestock compression of 10:2:1 and you can run 9-12lbs all day long. I have a cometic head gasket and I'm running 9pis and when I go to the track I'll crank it up 16psi.

He doesnt understand how a turbo affects a car. Read this whole thread, its a joke.

YOU WILL BLOW YOUR HEADGASKET AND YOUR MOTOR WILL NOT RUN IF YOU DO NOT ADD PROPER FUEL AND TUNE IT. EVEN THEN ON A MOTOR THAT WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE TURBO, THINGS LIKE A HEAD GASKET PROBABLY NEED TO BE REPLACED.
