    Default 400whp f20B

so check it out i have a JDM F20B laying here and i was thinkin of boosting it and change the pistons to "CP"(10.1) sence the stock one are already 11.1 compression and rods to "Eagle"(H beam) and leave the sleeve part alone sence it has iron sleeves already but the question is how much of PSI can this motor handle?? My goal is to make around between 300HP to 400HP and what kind of turbo would i need also??

This is what i have so far to reach my goal:

    JDM F20b motor
    ARP head studs
    OEM head gasket
    precision 550cc injectors
    Skunk2 IM
    Skunk2 72MM TB
    255 walbro fuel pump

and again idk what size turbo to add on this setup btw this is going on an EG hatch with LSD GSR tranny so yea "F2B Turbo"!
    Cool story bro!

My dohc F20a (basically a nonvtec F20b) is making 202whp at 6psi. it should make close to 300whp at 12psi.

Take into consideration your supporting mods (Mine is stock, besides the 550cc injectors), A bit higher compression (I'm at 9.5:1) and Vtec (probably adds 15ish hp, just a guess)

You should be completely fine at 10-12 psi, but I'd get a reliable wideband, turn up the boost to 6psi, watch AFR, 8psi, watch AFR, 10psi, 12psi. If you're leaning out too much, add more fuel. And as always, get a good tune.

psi makes no difference. its how much HORSEPOWER can your stuff handle.

I say keep the $ from the f2b setup and put more $ into the build itself....

    sleeve it or sell it

knowledge is for free. Built it, Tune it and Race it your self. It all started from a home garage.
