Default Who is the guy who fixes transmissions?

I remember about a month ago that someone posted a thread stating they take broken transmissions and sell fixed transmissions at a good price. He said it was something his father did on the side.

Does anyone know this guys username? Really need to get in contact with him.

    Thanks :boobies:

Isn't that essentially the same thing? He takes in someones broken transmissions then fixed them, or you fix my broken one.

I have an LS cable transmission, it will shift into gears, but when I let out the clutch it does not move at all. But the speedo climbs in mph although it does not move. I would like to possibly get this one fixed or buy a good b16 cable transmission.

sounds like clutch to me... I think if the tranny was bad it wouldn't go into gears or if it did it would pop out... someone correct me if I'm wrong.
