3" exhaust, and a nice turbo would help. Lol. Precision makes a pretty sweet 50 trim, the 5431 CEA, good for 4 cylinder cars. That's what I'm running right now on my sentra, 2.5L. I'm at full boost (9psi) by about 3.3krpm. and making 288whp on 2.5" and 308 on 3"

the precision billet turbo would def feed your need but how long will those b20 sleeves last? not very.

i can see that i would change from your high comp 11.5:1 pistons to 9:1 pistons, get some gsr cam, s100 to s300, and get a a/c compatible turbo kit with a turbo around the 57 trim size. And some injectors around 750cc did it for me. You won't have any problems making 400whp... thats my take on you situation. And as for prices, you just need to shop around to find you best prices!!

Sell for a 240 buy an LS Motor (GM not HONDA lol) and a small cam. Cost you less than 2000 bucks.
