B16 and ITR have the same ratios homie. You say you would do the gsr but then you say you would go with a type r tranny....... and it will be a difference if you are racing a car built similar to yours and you have a gsr and they have a b16 tranny..... and when you drag race you use slicks, so spinning should be at a mininum.
