over lap, all motor cams will work; Example Pro1's.. But you need to match everything correctly!!

Don't be afraid of an 11 or 12 to 1 motor and pro 1's on Boost, been done for years my friend...

What stage 3 cams do you have, also what compression? You may have some luck adjusting the overlap with the cam gears, and seeing big gains from low boost.. Just all depends on you set-up including turbo, piping, etc!!!
