    Default Accord V-TEC question

Found a vid on youtube - Very curious, how/why does he have vtec crossover @ 6k-ish and sounding so aggressive.

It LOOKS like it's the stock F22b1 since he only takes it to about 7k rpms, but it has such an aggressive sounding crossover and at 6k-ish rpms.

It's only strange b/c I understand that the f22's vtec engagement is more in low rpms between 2,500 - 3,800, must meet certain oil pressure and wheel speed conditions to activate and is virtually undetectable. So then maybe it's an H22 swap? Or is that what the H22 ECU does - Makes VTEC engagement point where it is on H22 motor. Then wouldn't this make the F22 motor less competent?
