Turbo Rating question..

I have a Garret M11 and i wanted to ask if anybody has had any experience with these before got it in a turbo deal, no shaft play and its pretty clean. Rating on power response, spooling, and anything else yall could tell me about it. Thank in advance. Its water and oil cooled if that helps.

I think the turbo performance would depend alot on your engine setup. Not only the size, but how well it flows, what psi you run the turbo at, the tune, etc.
