    Default Trading cars

I just recently bought a civic that's 5 speed. Now I'm wanting to trade the car probably with a private party. What is the process I go through when trading? What documents would I need and what would I need to change? bill of sale, insurance, etc. I'm sorry but I had no idea where to put this thread.

Bill of sale with as many details as possible for sure...have you registered the civic under your name...?

I didn't trade the car yet, I haven't even received the title of the car from the dealership yet, but I'm planning on trading it as soon as I received the title.

If you are receiving the title from a dealership chances are that you are going to have to register the car title under your name before you can legally transfer it. I may be wrong about this so don't quote me.
