buy a crank and 1 rod. Simple as that. Most cranks go for about $100 and a rod is about $20 used so just do that and rebuild. or buy a short block, they are only a few hundred bucks.

when i spun a bearing in my old b16 i pulled the motor and disassembled it myself, and took my crank and rods to the machine shop. they turned my crank and resized all 4 rods for $130, got acl rod, main, and thrust bearings for $75, rings were around $75, and oil pan gasket and new front and rear main seals were less than $50. all thats left is to hone your cylinders and put everything back together. i did this over 2 years ago and although i recently sold this motor its still running just fine.
