Default LS/Vtec with Pr3 Pistons and Ferrea Valves

I am building a LS/Vtec and planning on using flat faced Ferrea Valves. I will be using dual valve springs and titanium retainers. I currently have stock B16 cams but planning on upgrading to ITR cams. My Question is will I run into any valve clearence issues with either cam?

LS - block, crank, and rods
    B16 - head and pistons
